Why it is SO difficult to stay on track
So…I had another newsletter written, but I decided to go in another direction, and save that one for another day.
Because, I have been hearing this a lot lately: “I know what I need to do, but…”
You start the day with good intentions, and try to make better choices. Then life happens.
You get busy, or tired, or stressed. And suddenly you start doing the thing(s) you purposed not to do.
It usually isn’t a lack of discipline or willpower that derails you.
What I seen lately over and over again is this:
• Your habits and lifestyle don’t actually help you with your goals
• Your energy is lacking and thus, is working against you
• Your blood sugar is driving cravings and crashes
• You’re relying on willpower instead of structure
When those pieces aren’t in place, staying on track will always feel hard. You need an approach that will support you.
Not perfect… but easier.
More steady. More doable. More consistent.
And that’s where real change starts to happen. Sustainable change.
Since last August, I have been honing my health coaching skills by training and certication squirreling:
Certified Master Primal Health Coach
Certified Functional Lab Testing Specialist
Certified Primal Health & Nutrition Expert
Working as a health coach intern
Yes, I am currently working as a health coach for a company that helps people with Type 2 diabetes, weight. management, and metabolic issues. I currently have 13 clients. And I love this work!
I am currently relaunching my own health coaching business. My approach is very supportive and personal — it isn’t about telling you what you need to do, rather it’s about progress and building new sustainable habits that are important to you.
If this sounds like something you might be interested in, I invite you to reach out or schedule a quick call to see if we are a good fit. Here is my scheduling link, or you can hit reply and leave your phone number.
Anyway, I would love to hear your thoughts. And if you feel like it, let me know what health issues are heavy on your mind.
To your health!

The Drink Everyone’s Reaching For This Spring 🍸✨
Spring doesn’t have to mean a packed schedule and another drink you regret tomorrow.
This season, I’m reaching for something different: Vesper by Pique.
Pique is known for blending ancient botanicals with modern science to create elevated wellness essentials. Vesper might be my favorite yet. It’s a non-alcoholic, adaptogenic aperitif that delivers the relaxed, social glow of a cocktail. Without alcohol or the next-day fog.
It’s what I pour when I want something special in my glass on a bright spring evening. Each sip feels celebratory and uplifting. Relaxed body. Clear mind. No haze. No sleep disruption.
Crafted with L-theanine, lemon balm, gentian root, damiana, and elderflower, Vesper is sparkling, tart, and beautifully herbaceous.
If you’re ready for a new kind of happy hour, try Vesper here. 🌿✨
